AMENDMENT: Chassis with engine block; likely some usable parts; ideal basis for a special or donor

Chassis originating from a Tourer, year unknown, for complete restoration or donor. Engine with chassis but loose. Does not roll easily, requires dollies or similar.  No documentation. From a private collection of Sunbeam vehicles in varying states of preservation, offered at No Reserve.

AMENDMENT: We have been able to locate the engine number A3013577HSO which would suggest a 1953 unit. If original to the car, this would have been a Gunmetal saloon despatched on 29th September 1953 to G Hartwell Ltd in Oxford. They sold it new to Mrs V Nelson-Edwards of Chipping Campden, its warranty commencing on 22nd September 1953.
