Two owners from new, the current since 1999 and just 24,455 miles on this luxury RHD 4.6 automatic V8 model

Supplied new by UK Cadillac and Chevrolet dealer Steve Thornton Cars of Lichfield to Clive Sutton Group of Old Brompton Road, London in June 1998, this rare to see fifth generation right-hand drive Cadillac Seville STS is finished in silver with contrasting black leather interior. It features the proven 4.6-litre 'Northstar' V8 engine mounted transversally developing 300bhp driven through 4-speed automatic transmission to the front wheels (yes you read that right) giving a 0-60mph time of 6.4 seconds - respectable for sure considering the size and weight. 

It looks like a quality machine, which is echoed on the inside with deeply comfortable and luxurious seats, heated with electric operation and driver memory, wood trim, neat fold-out cup holders, on-board computer, mini-disc radio cassette player with arm rest mounted 6-disc CD changer, dual zone digital climate control with AC and independant rear blower, acres of leather and flip down ski hatch in the huge boot with spare, jack and tool kit.

Within the history file, we find the V5C revealing two owners, the current since December 1999, owner's pack and service book showing supply to our current owner by supplying dealer Steve Thornton Cars at 11,222 miles and 7 service stamps with 1 hand written unstamped entry in 2002, the last at 24,396 miles in December 2020 by Marpol Cars of Glamorgan.  The registration pictured comes with the car, rather fitting given the last 3 letters spell CAD....

A current MOT comes with the vehicle valid until November 2020 with no advisories along with one old MOT and VOSA MOT history revealing the car has covered little more than a couple of hundred miles per year over the last few years and before, a crying shame for such a comfortable, capable machine.

We've all looked at this unusual machine and thought "hmmm, that's rather nice and look at that, just 24,445 miles on it too, what a lot of car for the money" Tempting for sure.
