1988 Land Rover 110 Carmichael V8 Fire Tender

Purchased new by BP; fantastic spec; retaining all equipment; V8 power; ready to put out fires with water or foam; just 19,000 miles; in lovely order

Ordered as a complete fire solution for BPs only inland oil well, this 1989 Carmichael converted 110 V8 must have cost an absolute fortune.

Over the years, a mere 19,100 miles have been covered, the truck running and driving as one would expect of well cared for, low mileage service vehicle.

It carries a new MOT which expires in April 2022 with no advisories and a hand written note on file lists a Godiva pump, water tanks, Angus Foamaster system, ladders, a fire blanket, hose reel and a remote control (included) front mounted Warn winch among its armoury. The vendor also believes that it has some form of auxiliary heater - presumably to keep the motor warm and ready for a fast start in an emergency, but we leave that for you to check if that is what you require.

It has lived under cover since new and looks barely used. This must be the ideal weapon if a fast reaction, water and foam fire appliance is on your shopping list, or even if isn't, who wouldn't love to drive this around?
