Dating from September 1986 this Austin era Mini Mayfair features the proven 998cc A-series 4-cylinder engine mated to 4-speed manual transmission driving the front wheels.

Refinished in blue at some point in its history from its original red livery, the car looks good sitting on matt grey Mini-lite style wheels and looks as clean underneath from what we can see as it does up top. Bar some light micro-blistering as pictured to the front wings, the car looks fresh and presentable, starting immediately and running well as we moved it around for these shots and video.

The history file includes only the old style V5 showing just 1 previous owner, the current since 1996 who looks to have covered just 43,226 miles to date and a current MOT valid until October 2022 with no advisories recorded. Looking online at the MOT and Taxation history, it looks like the car has not been on the road since 1999 – astounding really given its condition.
