Description
1997 BMW R850R
No Reserve
Very smart
machine from a deceased estate; BMW Touring panniers and Givi top box; sweet
bike
Supplied to the first of its six owners, this BMW left Clarks
Motorcycles as a new bike in June 2004. Originally registered VE04 WRR, it now
carries the most appropriate cherished number R80 OOR which is included in the
sale.
On offer from a deceased estate, it has covered just a handful of
miles miles since it was last MOTd in September 2020, the vendor's late husband
having acquired it from Hythe Hill Motorcycles in 2014 at 24,057 miles. The
odometer now shows 31,032 miles from new.
A service bill from 2015 from
Church Stretton Motorcycles for £206 included oil, filters and an MOT and as can
be seen in the pictures, the bike has been set up for touring.
A pair of
BMW panniers are fitted along with a handy Givi top-box. The bike has a bikini
screen, powerful day running side lights and a magnetic tank bag.
It
comes with what looks like its original seat configuration, a selection of BMW
literature and a good quality battery charger conditioner.
In very nice
condition, the bike has clearly been much loved and is very clean and smart. It
fired straight up on arrival and is on offer at No Reserve -
this could be the solution to your holidays this year and no doubt will
be a delight to ride.
Documents: V5C, 14 old MOT's,
Invoices.
