1971 MGB Roadster

Unfinished project with much potential; some parts included; understood to have had the engine running a few years ago

Dating from August 1971 this MGB is as it looks, an unfinished project with much potential.  The vendor and his son bought it some years ago, indeed the Experian report suggests the last change of owner was back in 2002. 

The vendor tells us the car last run around three years ago and ran well at that time with a make-shift fuel supply.  Some panels have been replaced, others repaired and the bonnet has been used as a donor for some metal.

However, there look to be various parts and panels included as pictured and the car rolls freely enough sitting on its Minilite style alloy wheels. 

There is no documentation, so the new owner will need to apply to DVLA for a replacement V5C along with form V62 and a cheque for £25.  Fortunately there’s nothing you can't get for the MGB from the wide array of parts suppliers so this could well be an interesting option, and a relatively blank canvas for conversion to V8 power perhaps or even battery?
