Description
Believed to be one of just 54 ever built due to a fire at their
Southampton factory; restored c.2020; 2-litre Fiat engine; showing just 6,547
miles
First registered in July 1967, this Calvy Mitchel Tourer
is believed to be one of just 54 made before a fire destroyed the Southampton
factory. Our vendor believes this car was treated to a nut-and-bolt
restoration c.2020, unfortunately there are no invoices to detail exactly what
works were undertaken.
Certainly looking the part in our classic
car garage, the paintwork looks to be nicely finished along with a clean and
tidy engine bay housing a 2-litre Fiat engine, smart refurbished wheels and an
attractive interior.
Showing just 6,547 miles on the odometer, the
history file includes a couple of older invoices from 2010 where lots of good
parts were acquired from Ridgacre Motor Services in Cradley Heath. There are far
too many items to list here but some stand-out parts include a full new exhaust,
ignition coil and timing belt kit among other items.
Starting
promptly and driving nicely on site.
