First registered in January
1977, with only two keepers from new, the first for 47 years, this Series III
109" was restored by our vendor from 2014-2017 with no expense
spared.
The restoration incorporated
some choice upgrades some of which included:

200TDi engine conversion with
a 300TDi turbo unit and inlet manifold
Reconditioned original gearbox
with Romer drive
Custom intercooler and oil

Full power steering

The original front axle
received an 11” brake conversion including servo
assistance
Custom stainless exhaust
system
All five doors were
replaced
A new deluxe interior fitted
including seats and door cards
Full
respray
Many other items that cannot
all be listed here were included in the restoration including lots of galvanized
parts, seat belts, all new genuine wheels etc.
The vast history
folder includes the Heritage Certificate, restoration invoices and photos
of the process before/during and after, plus some invoices for minor
remedial work that has taken place since the
restoration.
Overall this a fantastic
opportunity to bag one of the nicest Series III Land Rovers we have ever
offered, presented here in lovely condition and looking irresistible at the
guide price suggested.
