Funky 2^nd generation Cube dating from 2004 and imported to the UK in October 2015 by Southgate Cars when it had covered 42,332km, here powered by Nissan’s proven 1.4 litre engine (as found in the Micra) and driven here by 3-speed automatic transmission with O/D. It comes finished in a most pleasing shade of pastel blue with its mix of angular and curved styling, it still manages to look fresh (as a design, despite this generation being launched in 2002) and sits upon a set of 7-spoke 14 inch alloy wheels.

Inside, we find seating for 5 with comfortable bench seats upholstered in soft yet seemingly durable beige Alcantara style material which has worn its 17 years and 97,000Kms (60,273 miles) to date,with just one lady owner (plus importer) since registration here. The spec of the Cube is usually pretty good, and features air conditioning, electric windows, electric folding mirrors, keyless entry and go, optional Ioniser air filtration system and Kenwood stereo system.

Within the history file, we find the V5C, note from Vendor on the car’s background/spec, current MOT valid until June 2022 without advisory, 6 old MOTs, VOSA MOT history print-out, Japanese owners manual, clean HPI report and selection of invoices for routine maintenance and service work, the most recent being in March 2019 at 77,666Km for a service including new plugs at a cost of £320.
