2005 MINI Cooper S Auto
Just 14,500 miles from
new; on offer from a deceased estate; a/c; auto Steptronic with paddle
shift; great spec in super order
Dating from April 2005,
this super-spec two-owner Cooper comes to us from a deceased estate and is
offered on instructions from the executor.
Its first owner was Mrs Gladys
Maud Birks of Stourbridge - who purchased it through Rydale of Oldbury. To the
basic spec of her Cooper S 1.6, she added optional BRG paintwork, Cordoba beige
leather, a six-speed auto box, 17" five-star Bullet alloys, roof and mirror caps
in white and the 'Chili' option pack. With all warranties and delivery etc, the
final bill was £18,407.
Her smart new Mini was soon wearing her
personalised number E1 GMB which it wears to this day.
She didn't use it
much though, and by March 2008 it had still only covered 5,035 miles. The
accompanying bookpack includes the Service history, which shows 10 'use-based'
services to 2018 and just 14,385 miles. Invoices on file also support this
history and the pack includes handbooks and its original Ministry of Ownership
Passport.......
The car was sold to its second keeper in September 2018,
who fitted a new set of quality Falken tyres and took it for a service and MOT
at that time. It has just passed its latest test, which expires in July 2022 -
the car having been barely used since.
This most appealing and well
spec'd Mini is in very good condition and is just as one would expect of a car
with in impeccable service history and very little use. What it really needs now
is someone to drive it!!
