1971 MGB Roadster

Current owner for 19 years; recently serviced and in good running order

First registered 27 May 1971, the current owner purchased this car in April 2002 from Tay Restorations, a Taunton specialist in MG and other classic car restorations.

During this ownership, the car has been regularly serviced with work carried out as needed to keep in good running order as well as passing MOT. A Kenlowe fan was fitted in 2008, new fuel pump in 2009 and clutch repairs in 2010. The steering wheel has also been replaced and recoil seat belts fitted.  The last service was in August this year and includes a fuel pump, ignition condenser and contact set. Unfortunately, due to ill health in recent years, the car has been little used, with only around 1,000 miles added over the past 10 year, but always garaged. There is a comprehensive history file which has been compiled during the current ownership, including invoices, receipts MOTs (the most recent expired August 2020), handbook and owners workshop manual.
