Appealing 2-owner 2.5 straight-six auto/tip Coupe in Topaz Blue showing 94,000 miles wearing lovely MVII wheels with grey leather trim

Supplied new by BMW Sytner of Birmingham in August 2001, this pre-facelift E46 generation of 3-series Coupe comes to us in desirable 325CI SE form and is finished in Topaz Blue metallic and rides on a set of lovely 18” MVII alloy wheels (freshly refurbished) which we think, really set the car off visually.

Inside, there are grey leather Sports seats with electric adjustment and driver’s memory function, silver Rhodium interior trim, rear head restraints, multi-function leather sports steering wheel, cruise control, original BMW Business radio with CD preparation, rain sensitive windscreen, electric windows, traction control and grey BMW over mats.

Under the bonnet, we find BMW’s legendary 2.5-litre M54B25 straight-six engine developing 189bhp and a useful 245Nm of torque driving the rear wheels via 5-speed automatic/tiptronic transmission with sports and manual modes.
Showing 94,584 miles, the car looks super and has clearly been cherished by its two owners, the first of which enjoyed the car for some 19 years. The history file includes the V5C revealing just one former keeper, the owner’s pack and service book with an impressive 10 stamps inc. PDI plus one hand-written entry in April 2020.  The last service stamp was in January 2022 at 94,496 miles which bodes well, but in addition, the service booklet contains a further five stamps for brake fluid changes and three for coolant renewals.

Furthermore, the history file includes two keys, a selection of invoices for parts and maintenance along with one old MOT and the current MOT, valid until January 2023 recording just two minor advisories. The vendor has also included the original set of alloy wheels shod with matching Goodyear tyres which could provide the option for summer and winter wheels – just a thought?
