1988 Volkswagen Golf GTi 8v MkII

This GTi has been a London car for most of its life and invoices on file and the service book take it all the way back to 1989 when it had only covered 13,100 miles, while being attended to by Dovercourt Motor Company in NW8.

It has been serviced regularly since then and although its current registered keeper (VW specialists Beetle Mania) first registered it to themselves in 2008, they have serviced the car since 1998 all the way through to 2016 at 92,500 miles. Always something to be said about a car being cared for by the same people for such a long time.

Equipped with a metal sliding sunroof and the all important power assisted steering, this Golf has a recent oil and filter service, new battery and a new exhaust box. The Pirelli P slot wheels have been refurbished and a fresh MOT has been put on it, lasting until July 2022 with no advisories.
